Mark Jungmann

As an Associate with Valesco, Mark Jungmann’s responsibilities include portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, investment analysis, and supporting transaction execution across Valesco’s core focus areas. His disciplined approach to evaluating performance and identifying operational opportunities contributes meaningfully to the success of the firm and its partners.

Mark brings prior experience from roles in M&A advisory and energy infrastructure. During his time at FTI Consulting, where he supported middle-market private equity firms, he developed standalone financial models, supported synergy assessments, and helped organizations prepare for Day 1 operational readiness. Earlier in his career, Mark served as an engineer with Oncor Electric Delivery, gaining hands-on experience managing large-scale transmission projects, modernizing critical systems, and collaborating with regulatory bodies. This blend of financial, operational, and technical experience aligns well with Valesco’s investment philosophy and enhances the firm’s ability to deliver commitment beyond capital.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf, Aggie Football and spending time with his family and friends.
