As a Partner and Investment Committee Member at Valesco, Addison Kim leads the firm’s investor relations function and supports portfolio and firm operations. He leads the LP coverage effort end to end — building and deepening relationships with current and prospective limited partners, leading capital formation for the firm’s investment strategies, and serving as a primary point of contact for the investor community.
Addison also serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and is instrumental in integrating ACTIO, Valesco’s performance program aimed at driving predictable company growth.
Addison holds an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Global Business.
