On November 11, 2022, Fabian Couture Group, LLC (“FCG”), the country’s largest wholesale provider of rental and retail formalwear, announces that it has acquired the assets of Executive Apparel Group, Inc. (“Executive Apparel”), adding to the company’s growing Uniform and Career Apparel business segment.

Established in 1985 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Executive Apparel is a leading wholesale manufacturer of apparel and blazers for uniform and career apparel use. The company sells to corporate customers across a variety of industries, including the restaurant and hospitality industry, private schools, small businesses and other organizations that require uniforms. The Company markets a broad catalog of products, including blazers, vests, pants, shorts, blouses, skirts, dresses, gloves, masks, ties, other accessories and promotional items across 11 brands. The partnership will enable the two businesses to expand production capabilities and execute on substantial cross-selling opportunities.

The Executive Apparel line will join a successful group of existing in-house and licensed brands managed by FCG including IKE by IKE Behar, Bruno Magli, Ben Sherman, Neil Allyn, and Couture 1910.
