Adams Flavors, Foods & Ingredients today announced its acquisition of Johnny’s Fine Foods, supporting the continued expansion of its branded products manufactured and sold by Adams.
Dallas, Texas, May 13, 2025 — Adams Flavors, Foods and Ingredients, LLC (“Adams”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of flavors, extracts and spices is pleased to announce the acquisition of Johnny’s Fine Foods Inc. (“Johnny’s”), a Tacoma, Washington based manufacturer of a variety of seasonings, dressings, cooking sauces, marinades, and concentrates. Johnny’s represents the second add-on acquisition completed by Adams and supports the expansion of its product offering while concurrently introducing key customer relationships.
