Roadclipper Enterprises, Inc. (dba “Diamond C Trailers”) specializes in the design and manufacture of customized single axle utility, tandem axle utility, automobile, equipment, gooseneck, dump, and specialty trailers sold to a variety of industries.
Diamond C was preparing for a major expansion and upgrade of its capabilities – property, plant and equipment. Their longtime banker, a limited partner in Valesco’s committed funds, was supportive of the plan but the capital needs stretched beyond the bank’s limits. The bank tapped Valesco to provide long-term, unsecured debt (subordinated debt) as well as operational expertise in capital projects and business expansion.
