As a Senior Associate with Valesco, Zach Kwiecien’s responsibilities include new investment evaluation, data management, portfolio monitoring, research, and financial modeling. His efforts are integral to the success of our team in our efforts to provide commitment beyond capital, as well as to the success of our portfolio companies and investors.
Prior to joining Valesco, Zach worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance. While at Deloitte, Zach gained experience working on a range of middle market M&A transactions in the Industrials, Technology, Real Estate, and Consumer verticals. Through his prior professional and personal investment experiences, he brings first-hand knowledge of deal execution, client communication, and financial analysis while offering a complimentary perspective to the Valesco team.
Zach graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Originally from Denver, Zach enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
