Headquartered in Stuart, Florida, Waterblasting develops, manufactures and sells a line of patented, high-pressure washing equipment used in the removal of rubber and markings and surface preparation of airport runways and highways around the world. Renowned for its Stripe Hog® Waterblasting System and Smart Vac® Vacuum System, the company also offers pressure cleaning services and sells refurbished parts. Valesco Industries partnered with Waterblasting’s CEO and majority shareholder to complete a dividend recapitalization of the business and position the company for continued growth and expansion.

Founded in 1994, Dallas based Valesco Industries invests subordinated debt and equity in lower middle-market businesses throughout the United States.
