Dallas, TX –Valesco Industries is pleased to announce Valesco Fund III, LP (VFIII) has closed on $434 million in capital commitments, exceeding the targeted capital commitment of $375 million for the Fund. VFIII received its SBIC license during Q4 2022.
VFIII was formed to continue Valesco’s successful strategy of providing long-term equity (both control and minority) and subordinated debt capital to growth-oriented small and lower middle market businesses located throughout the U.S.
Valesco is actively seeking additional investment opportunities for Valesco Fund III.
