Adams Flavors, Foods & Ingredients today announced its acquisition of Goodman’s Vanilla, supporting the continued expansion of its branded products manufactured and sold by Adams.
Dallas, Texas, September 29, 2024 — Adams Flavors, Foods and Ingredients, LLC (“Adams”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of flavors, extracts and spices is pleased to announce the acquisition of Goodman’s Vanilla (“Goodman’s”), a Marshfield, MO based manufacturer of flavor extracts and colors with strong brand recognition in the Midwest. Goodman’s represents the first add-on acquisition completed by Adams and supports the continued regional expansion of branded products manufactured and sold by Adams.
